What is included in the monthly Home Owners Association fee?

The fee includes:

  • Utilities: heat and water
  • Basic Cable TV
  • Trash service
  • Building and grounds maintenance
What services are offered by the Management Office?

The onsite manager at Woodlake Point Condominiums is Lauri Bell. She can be contacted by phone at

612-866-4757, by fax at 612-866-0066, or by email at woodlakepoint.mn@fsresidential.com

Lauri’s office hours are Monday-Wednesday 8:30 AM Р5:00 PM; Thursday 8:30 AM Р6:00 PM; and Friday 8:30 AM Р4:00 PM.

The services provided by the Onsite Management Office include:

  • Setting up phone numbers for the building intercom system
  • Accepting and storing packages from USPS, UPS, and FEDEX safely in the office.
  • Reserving the Community Room for private events, upon request by residents.
  • Reserving the two guest rooms, upon request by residents.
  • Providing copying and faxing services. Copies are 10 cents per copy and faxing is free.
  • Entering Work Orders and contacting maintenance staff upon request of residents.
  • Providing and updating Resident Directories.
  • Providing and updating new resident information packets.
  • Providing building access fobs and keys.
